PHILOSOPHY OF THE PANDEMIC TO ENDEMIA
At the beginning of this blog there was no vaccine in the
midst of the global health emergency, declared as such by the (OPS, 2020) on
March 11, 2020 as a pandemic, that will help counteract the deadly effects of
such a peculiar virus. However, as cited in (OMS, 2020) validates as
“emergency” the use of vaccines to counteract it and emphasizes “equitable
global access”, a situation that has not been true because as this same
Organization affirms in (OMS, 2021) “Vaccine inequity undermines the global
economic recovery”, significantly affecting, beyond the economy to citizens
around the world, understanding the world as planet earth, because there are
surely other worlds, but also, other ways of seeing the world. Valid that "In some low-and
middle-income countries, less than 1 percent of the population is vaccinated,
contributing to a two-way recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.”
This generates many questions, given that the health system
became a dilemma similar to the one that the French philosopher Michel
Foucault, poses in his work “The truth and legal forms", where is the
truth and what is the truth regarding the origin of the virus? There are
numerous articles of any nature that talks about it, but that the citizens of
the world in both loved thinking generate more questions than security and with
regard to the legal ways of the States of the world have implemented various
restrictive measures that go from one side in favor of avoiding the spread, but
the other cuts the freedom, as we hold, we enclaustran, we are prohibited to
travel, in the end, everything else.
In his work he argues that there are two stories of truth and
we can put forward many layers that each overlap the truth itself. The truth of
those who do not want to be vaccinated, the truth of those who are afraid to be
vaccinated, the truth of those who have already been vaccinated, the truth of
those who died after being vaccinated and the truth of those who have not been
vaccinated, also the truth of the enrichment of pharmaceutical companies that
contrasts with the growing poverty in our America and in countries of other
continents.
With possibilities in a year or more or perhaps less already
the same OMS, will give us the solution by declaring that the pandemic ceased
to be pandemic to become an endemic and then it will arise as it says in
(Darwin, 1859) in its fifth chapter “The species that survive are not the
strongest or the most intelligent, but those that adapt better to change” ¿Will
the citizens of the world have the same chances as those who have more over
those who have less? ¿Will we survive? Or indolence will follow. I don't need
to.
At the end of the pandemic, endemia will continue, as long as
let's reach herd immunity, treat us like we're horses
and flock sheep, while that time comes we will continue to
grieve
weeping for our dead and fighting with our sick to relieve
them.
Still fighting in this invisible war those noble doctors,
nurses,
staff of the toilet and all those who work inside a hospital,
like war bringing dead and affected by never ending,
and the universe will thank you for keeping alive those who
will survive.
I don't need you to cry to me if I have to suffer, because the pandemic
for economic purposes will follow, which will end when
the people can wake up and come out of lethargy
in that otherness remains.
